0n 12 September 2015 Cerita Nagy said: Thank you Julie Steynberg, Country Ambassador Difference Makers S.A.; it is a honour and privilege for me to accept this nomination as a Top 100 Difference Maker in South Africa tonight in my capacity as the National President of the South African Council for Business Women. We all live to serve – and by helping others – we are fulfilling our own destiny! When we make a difference in other people’s lives, you get a sense of fulfilment, happiness, a sense of purpose and a surge of energy. I believe that we are all gifted with a unique set of skills and abilities and with this we can make extra-ordinary things happen in the world around us. It’s a choice!
In 2018, she says: “To be a real difference maker, you have to genuinely connect and care for other people. You need to make a continuous decision to live authentically, live openly and live generously!”
INSPIRE, SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE WOMEN IN BUSINESS
Cerita Nagy is a wife, mother, grandmother and a passionate daughter of God. She founded Confident Women in Business in March 2018. It is a forum designed to inspire, support and encourage women in business who loves God and to align their businesses with God. Women in business need to learn to let Him be their strength, purpose and their focus. With this forum they have the opportunity to share their faith and their love for business and through this, empower other women in business. Be the change and the difference everyday in their life, their families, their communities and in the marketplace!
She says: “As a business women and business owner for the largest part of my life, I know what it is to be in business and what it takes and the sacrifices you have to make to fulfill all the different roles and responsibilities as a woman. Women have amazing strengths and abilities, and we need to encourage, inspire and support one another to be the best versions of ourselves of what God intended us to be!
My aim through Confident Women in Business is to unite passionate daughters of God in business, creating a forum for women in business as well as for young girls, that consists of everything I wish I had access to, when I was starting out in my career and in business early in my life. With this forum I share with you things I have learnt in business and what I am still learning everyday. I also share with you amazing stories and testimonies of other God loving daughters, stories of hope, successes, hurdles and hardships - stories of confidence - to be an inspiration and to motivate other women in business everyday and to be the light and make a difference in the marketplace!”
