As a teacher at a school during the mornings, I get to interact with children of all ages and I do believe that I helped to form and shape lives over the past 18 years of teaching. As an image consultant and health and wellness coach, I help people of all walks of life to change the way they look and feel about themselves.
I support CANSA, CHOC as well as various old age homes. Being crowned Mrs Durban 2013/2014 and Out of Africa Queen first runner up in 2015,gives me a broad platform to assist with various fundraisers, events and activities throughout south Africa.
I recently received a honorary award presented by the First Lady, Thobeka Zuma for youth upliftment in KZN. We will keep building on this achievement to help as many young people as we can to believe that they do have a hope and a future. The honor that I had received being nominated as a Top 100 Difference Maker makes me proud, I will do my best to serve the people of S.A. well with this nomination. What a great opportunity, I love the idea.
Founder of Destiny Men; Women and Children of God
My main focus is to live my life to the fullest and always have a good relationship with my own-self. Destiny Men, Women and children of God’s aim and vision is to see change in each and every one; starting from nurturing our children; give them hope for the future.
I am a fulltime receptionist and have been since 1994. I am the Founder & Vision Carer of Qhudeni Skills Development cc, founded in 2009; which gave birth to Destiny Men; Women and Children of God. To further enhance my vision and to offer on a bigger scale I do community development project which addresses youth and young women. Youth mentoring, life coaching; skills development program and assisting the needy children through schooling is one of my passion especially Basic Life Skills which leads to Excellent Customer Services as the Corporate world demands. An Independent Motivational Speaker; Active Candidate Member of the Professional Speakers Association of SA from 2007-2012, and an Author of inspirational and other books; 5 books in total. I was one of the Finalists for 2010 Phenomenal Soul Woman of the Year by Soul Magazine. Also a freelance writer for Shine Magazine.
My greatest honour was being a delegate at a Morning Live breakfast show with the Minister of Women and Children for the 16 Days of Activism for no violence against Women and Children which took place on Monday 7th December 2015. Meeting Minister Shabangu confirmed the commitment and love she has for Women and Children; and the community at large. I am honored for being nominated as a Top 100 Difference Maker which is a great opportunity for me to do my best to serve the people of S.A. Thank you for making me part of this initiative which I promise to do my best in changing lives with the use of the Blue Ribbon. Also to move this drive across to each and every individual I come across.

Maps was born in Soweto in the Gauteng Province. He is the second son of the South African football player Marks Maponyane. Masego completed his high school career at St John's College in 2008. He studied at Wits University from 2010 until 2012 and completed his BA Degree in Media Studies, French and English (Majors) and International Human Rights (Quadruple Major).

Community and Organisational work with NGO Doctors Without Borders/MSF (Medicines Sans Frontiers) and Involvement with the Smile Foundation - He supports the Smile foundation and MSF occasionally where required and where he can. He is an Advisory board member at Ethembeni Children’s Home. He visits the Ethembeni Children’s Home for the last 8 years continually and is also on the board of directors for the home where he is actively involved.

He is making waves locally and internationally and has a substantial social following due to his down to earth, considered, professional-yet-warm personality. He is known for his talent, fashion sense, charm and versatility.
Apart from him being well known as a celebrity, Maps has also been a devoted business man. He has shown entrepreneurial skills from an early age and has a great passion for startups of SME’s. He is currently directors in various companies such as Tuta-Me, GM & Ahrens, J.Laurence and NicheStream. He has also been appointed as the CEO of Bursary Network and the brand ambassador for Samsung and Investec Private Bank.

I’ve had a very colourful life and been blessed with great opportunities and paying forward is what I live by.
I had been a volunteer fundraiser for Child Welfare and CANSA for many years. In 2001 I launched the CANSA Woman of the Year Awards to honour my mom who had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
I had a vision and in 2013 I launched Woman of Substance a platform to mobilise women to raise money for charity.
I transformed Woman of Substance by developing a Five Pillar Empowerment Program for personal transformation and skills development. On the 21st March 2015 the Living on Purpose Journey of Discovery project launched at Constitution Hill in honour of Human Rights day.
The WOS Academy was officially opened on the 23rd May 2015 to support the Five Pillar Empowerment program which is the heartbeat of the organisation.
Our core purpose is to empower women through further education, training and skills development. What sets WOS apart from other organisations is that our membership platform is open to women and men from all walks of life and not only in business.
