Hawa Charfaray

CEO & Founder Traning Excellence SA and Middle East, Global Speaker, Business Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner

Hawa Charfaray is the CEO & Founder of Training Excellence Africa & The Middle East. She is a renowned International Corporate Trainer and Motivational Speaker. Hawa is committed to community development through social responsibility efforts as an Inspirational Presenter.
Hawa has invested in changing lives through her many years of experience as an NLP practitioner, Life Coach, Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile Practitioner, Inventory, Work Attitude and Motivation (iWAM) practitioner, Ecometric practitioner and Hypnotherapy practitioner. She is both honored and inspired to be nominated by Difference Makers SA as she said at a recent Women Empowerment Breakfast hosted by her organization: “We cannot become ourselves by ourselves.. we need to go out of our way to support each other. We need to be mirrored, emulated and celebrated, who you are truly does make a difference!”.
Hawa is a proudly South-African born leader in her field of training, mentoring and coaching. She has established in her organization’s global presence with offices, partner organizations and projects which she manages on a day-to-day basis.
It is said that true strength comes from struggle and that the hardest of battles are sometimes given to the toughest of soldiers. Well Hawa Surely was a soldier with all her challenges both in business and personal life.
Twenty years on, her life and Business Partner Rasheed and Hawa have through Training Excellence and through personal coaching created new possibilities for hundreds of executives, women and youth.” There is nothing more fulfilling than helping someone realize their inner potential” as Hawa says, “Giving someone the tools to communicate and alter their behaviours and the way they approach the world in order to achieve more than they could ever have imagined”.
Her vision of enhancing the executive presence of people and enabling them to achieve the
extraordinary in their personal and work environment leaves her with a daily comfort and appreciation for her role as shaper, coach, trainer and mentor. In a way, it has become her dedication to her beloved children who have sadly since passed on.  Her mission includes passing onto others, what, her late children had passed onto them as parents… “That there is No Challenge bigger or larger than our perseverance and NOTHING can leave us with sad, weakness or Fear. No matter what the challenge, we can still Smile, we can still Laugh, and we can still be the best we can in the time we have”, as Hawa & Rasheed’s angels taught and proved to them.
Through her company Training Excellence, Hawa has set out to shape the lives of executives, women and working career parents in both the developed and developing world – working with corporates and entities like the World Bank internationally and many other companies in South Africa, the Middle East, across the African continent, United States of America, Turkey and Europe.
Recent acknowledgements and achievements include being awarded at the Centre for Economic Leadership Development - leadership award in Dubai 2016. She was also recently awarded for the CMO Africa leadership citation in Mauritius in Dec 2017 and nominated for the Amazons Women Watch Emerging Economies Top 100 Most influential Women 2018. These awards are in acknowledgement of her inspirational work she does with Women Leadership and Self-Awareness Internationally.
Hawa has also been invited to be part of The Africa Women Forum (AWF) - New York 2018, scheduled to hold, on the Margin of the 62nd session of the Commission on the Status of Women.
She is also on the advisory Board of the Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) in USA. Also, as an appointed Advisory Board of the Non-Profit African Women’s Movement (AWM) and most recently, admitted Board to the International Board of Advisors of The Mandela Legacy Center for Leadership and Development. Finally, Hawa has most recently also been appointed as weekly host on Radio 786 on the Business Edition advising Leaders across the globe on Business concepts and challenges. Through these platforms, Hawa forges on to uplift African women and leaders and connect them to opportunities.
